30 days warranty on all screens (Note. Physical damage will not be covered under warranty).
Warranty does not cover water damage, physical damage, and unauthorized tampering or repair. A copy of the sales order (Receipt) is REQUIRED for any phone or repair that is brought back into the store for warranty, with out the receipt there is No warranty. We are not responsible for you holding on to your receipt.
Designed for multi networks, national or international carriers. We are not responsible for blacklisted phones or phones that are in contact . Refund only if code is not found in server.
All flashing costs are final. We are not responsible for phone failure due to hardware issues and/or lost data upon flashing. Customer is responsible for data re-flash if phone software is updated, phone number changes, master resets/clears, or *228 updates, etc.
We are not responsible for data that is lost upon transfer due to water damage, physical damage, or pre-existing software issues.
NO RETURNS. NO CANCELLATIONS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Special orders left unclaimed after 30 days forfeit all deposits and become property of Mobile City.
Accessories only; within 15 days including all original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies.
Repairs left unclaimed after 15 days from date of service become property of Mobile City. Includes partial or fully paid repairs. (So P.S pick up within 15 days).
